Carli Lloyd

One of the most famous women's soccer players in the world is Carli Lloyd. She grew up in Delran, New Jersey, and played soccer with Turkish boys as a child. She was also a softball, basketball, swimming, and golf player. She has a brother Stephen and a sister Ashley. She attended Delran High School before attending Rutgers University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sport Studies. She married her high school sweetheart, Brian Hollins, in November 2016, and still lives in South Jersey.

Marta Vieira da Silva

Marta Vieira da Silva is a Brazilian professional footballer. She was born 19 February 1986. She plays forward for the Orlando Pride in the NWSL, and the Brazilian National Team. She was named FIFA World Player-of-the Year six times, five consecutively. Marta is now the all-time highest goal scorer in soccer history. Marta is still controversial despite her incredible achievement and continues to face many controversies.


Homare sawa

Homare Sawa is a former Japanese professional soccer player who was an iconic midfielder with a career that spanned more than two decades. Sawa, who was born June 6, 1978, has played various positions in the Japan national team's football team. She is one of the most successful female footballers, with 205 caps. Sawa's playing career included stints with the Nippon TV Beleza (TV) and INAC Kobe Leonessa (TV), which earned her local fame. Her popularity soared during the 2011 World Cup. She scored a triple and led the Japanese to a Silver medal.

Vivianne Miedema

Vivianne Miedema joined the Dutch national football team in September 2013. She was the second highest league goal scorer at 60. She played for numerous Dutch clubs including Heerenveen during her impressive career. In the 2012/13 UEFA Women's European Championship, she scored 24 goals in as many games. In 2013/14, she was part of a BeNe League side that finished second and she scored 41 goals over 26 games. Despite her efforts, she did not make it to the Ballon d'Or Finalists or FIFPRO World XI.

Megan Rapinoe

Megan Rapinoe has a remarkable pitching ability and is an effective advocate for equality. She has sparred with President Donald Trump on Twitter and supports the taking the knee campaign against racial injustice. She took a knee in September 2016, during the Thai national anthem. She was expelled from the team again after kneeling during the national anthem at the 2016 Olympics.

Alex Morgan

Alexandra Morgan Carrasco plays professional soccer in America as a striker. She is also the captain of the San Diego Wave FC in National Women's Soccer League, the highest division in women's professional soccer. She is also a member of the United States women’s national soccer team. Morgan is the daughter of a successful football player and is currently pursuing a degree in sports medicine. She has been an active member of the community since she was a young child, and she has played soccer for most of her life.

Julie Rodman

New Zealand is hosting the 2023 FIFA World Cup. It is also the year of the 2024 Olympics. The USA has to qualify for both of these events via the CONCACAF W Championship. They must win the CONCACAF Women's Championship to be eligible for the Olympic qualifier. Rodman is among the most well-known women's soccer athletes to have won the Olympics.
