The SheBelieves Cup an invitational women’s association football tournament, held in various American cities. Each team plays two matches in the tournament. The first three years, the tournament was contested by the same four teams. The 2018 tournament will feature doubleheader format.

SheBelieves Cup expands on U.S. Soccer’s #SheBelieves campaign

The SheBelieves Cup - a tournament with four teams that is held in the United States - is the latest initiative to support the #SheBelieves movement, which is a grassroots campaign by US Soccer for young girls to dream big. The campaign gained wide attention and expanded its reach since its launch in the lead-up to 2015 Women's World Cup. It has also helped to create a unique bond with its fans and spread a powerful message on empowerment.

Visa sponsors the tournament and will award the tournament MVP after each match. A committee made up of ex-Women's National Team players votes on the MVP.

It's a four-team tournament

"She Believes," a tournament for women's soccer teams, is a four-team event. The tournament, now in its sixth edition, will take places in Carson. New Zealand as well Iceland will compete on Thursday at 5 pm PT on ESPN. The U.S. and Iceland will be facing off on February 20th at 12 p.m. PT on ABC.

The tournament includes four teams: Brazil (USA), England (Japan), and England (England). The USA is ranked number one, while England and Brazil rank eighth and tenth respectively. Both teams have won a match. The final will determine which team will advance to the next round. The total points and the goal difference will decide who wins. All goals scored will be considered. If a tie is not resolved after 90 minutes, head-to-head results will be used. Each team may use six substitutes.

It is held on the West Coast

This year, the SheBelieves Cup in two cities will be played. The tournament was originally held in Orlando, Florida in 2014. This year's tournament is the third. It will be held simultaneously in Los Angeles, California and San Diego. The tournament will follow strict COVID protocols and will mark the beginning of the U.S.'s qualifying years for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup in France and the 2024 Olympic Games. The Concacaf W Championship for eight teams will take place between July 9 and July 24, where the winners will receive four qualification spots for the World Cup, and one automatic spot to the next Olympic Games.


The competition is a great opportunity for young women to break into the national team. The USWNT will compete against New Zealand and Iceland, which are three countries ranked among the top 24 world. The tournament has a history of attracting top teams, including Germany and Argentina. The USWNT was unsuccessful in luring Canada's Olympic champion to the USA in the past. Overall, however, the tournament has a mixed record.

It's a doubleheader

U.S. Soccer will host the SheBelieves Cup, which is a women's tournament in soccer. It will be held from February 17 through 23. The tournament's opening match between Iceland & New Zealand will be played on February 17. The matches will air on ESPN3, ESPN3 and ABC. The final match will be played in suburban Dallas.
