He was 15 when he was arrested and sent to juvenile detention. Megan is very close to her brother and admires him for his struggles with addiction.
Rapinoe has a history of speaking out on social justice issues. In 2012, Rapinoe openly acknowledged her sexuality and has been a tireless advocate for gay and lesbian rights. She was the first person to take a stand in support of President Donald Trump in 2019.
